Parent/Child Storytimes at T. B. Scott

Registration is open for Lapsit Storytime and Toddler Storytime, which will begin on Thursday, Feb. 27, at T. B. Scott Free Library.
Lapsit Storytime at 10 a.m. is for children age 12 to 24 months and Toddler Storytime at 11 a.m. is for children age 24 to 36 months. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or other caregiver.
The Feb. 27 sessions are the first of six weekly sessions. Miss Andrea will model several ways to enjoy books and stories with a young child. Age-appropriate activities including songs and rhymes will help develop pre-reading skills in these fun, interactive sessions.
Family Storytime, targeting preschoolers and their families, continues on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. Books and early learning activities will target children age 3 to 5, but all ages are welcome at these lively sessions of interactive stories and songs. Pre-registration is appreciated, but drop-ins are always welcome.
Storytimes are held in the Storyhour Room on the 2nd floor of the T. B. Scott Library. For more information call 715-536-7191 or consult the website calendar at TBScottLibrary.org.
