Northcentral Technical College (NTC) has released its schedule of courses for the 2014 Winterim session, which is an opportunity for students to earn up to three credits during three weeks in January between the fall and spring semesters.
Winterim offers a number of different opportunities for area learners. The College Success courses offer incoming students preparatory classes including Career Decisions and Study Skills. Continuing Education offerings include a Quickbooks Series for credit and non-credit. Other offerings include General Education credits and introductions to some of NTC’s program areas.
Winterim courses offer you the option to catch up, stay on track or jump ahead in your education. They are also a great opportunity for University of Wisconsin students home for the holidays who want to earn credits during their winter break. Most of NTC’s General Education credits transfer to UW schools and other four-year institutions.
