Harriet A. Woller

Harriet A. Woller, age 80, of Merrill, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, under the care of her family, the nursing home staff, and hospice. 
Harriet was born December 10, 1932, in Merrill, daughter of the late Walter and Elsie (Zuelke) Harbath. She married Daniel F. Woller on August 7, 1954, in Merrill. He survives. Harriet had been a homemaker and did day care in her home. She had also been employed at the former Best Western Hotel in Merrill. Harriet enjoyed camping, golfing, playing cards and spending time with her “Jenny Towers” friends, and the company of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Harriet had been a member of the Merrill Eagle’s Club, and was a former member of the Mother’s Club and Ladies Aid of the church. Harriet was a devoted and active member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Merrill V.F.W. Post 1638. 
Harriet is survived by her husband, Daniel F. Woller, Merrill; two daughters, Debra (Tim) DuFrame, Merrill, and Theresa (Mark) Williams, Brentwood, Tennessee; two sons, Jeffery Woller of Athens, and Patrick (Kathy) Woller, Merrill; twelve grandchildren, Chad, Stephanie, Katie, Molly, Jean, Beth, Kristine, Michael, Amanda, John Baily, Leah, and Michelle; twenty great grandchildren; and one sister, Bernice Knospe, Merrill. Besides her parents, Harriet is preceded in death by her brother, Jerome ‘Bud’ Harbath, and four sisters, Jeanette Michalski, Margaret Ricci, Dorothy Banaszak, and Alice Hinkley. 
A Memorial Service was held Saturday, December 7, 2013, at St. John Lutheran Church, Merrill. The Rev. Nathan Kramer officiated. Inurnment will take place in the spring of 2014 in the Veterans Memorial Section of St. Francis Cemetery, Merrill.
