Would you give just three hours of your time to make Merrill a better place? Sponsored by Merrill Forward Together Healthy Community Initiative and the Optimists, the 18th annual Make A Difference Day will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26. Check-in is from 8:30-8:45 a.m. at Prairie River Middle School, followed by projects from 9 a.m. until noon, with lunch afterward at the school.

Individual volunteers do not need to send in a form and will be registered the day of the event beginning at 8:30 a.m. For groups, the leader should call one of the numbers below and indicate how many youth and adults will participate.
Student participation in Make A Difference Day has always been very high. More adults are always needed to help make sure all projects get completed. Please consider becoming a volunteer.

If you need help, watch for Make A Difference Day registration forms or register by phone. All pre-registrations should be received by Friday, Oct. 19.
For more information, please contact Debi McGregor at the Family Resource Center at 715-539-9228 or Linda Becker at 715-873-4564.
