The Associated Bank branch on Main Street in Merrill is partnering with the Lincoln County Humane Society to host its third annual ‘Dog Days of Summer’ from July 15 to Aug. 10.
During the “Dogs Days of Summer,” customers can enter a photo of their pet to win an Associated “pet gift basket” filled with toys and treats and have the opportunity to see the many pets available for adoption at the Lincoln County Humane Society.
“Each year we look forward to partnering with the Lincoln County Humane Society to assist in putting deserving animals in safe and loving homes,” said Jo Waltenberg, Associated Bank Merrill Branch Manager. “Through the ‘Dog Days of Summer’ we are able to bring our community together for a great cause.”
To participate in the “Prettiest Pet Contest” community members must fill out an Associated Bank survey located within the branch and enter a picture of their pet between July 15 and Aug. 10. Voting will take place Aug. 5-9 with the announcement of the winner on Aug.12.
In addition to the contest, the Lincoln County Humane Society will feature a photo display of available pets within the Associated branch. Community members will have the opportunity to make monetary contributions and donate pet supplies to support the Lincoln County Humane Society.
