A brat fry will be held Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Merrill Ace Hardware to support Erika Nelson in her fight against breast cancer.
Erika is a graduate of Merrill High School and just finished her classes at UW Madison Pharmacy school, while undergoing eight rounds of chemo. She will be undergoing a double mastectomy in July with radiation to follow. The cost of these procedures is overwhelming. All profits will go directly towards her medical bills.
Pretzel buns from Miller Baking in Milwaukee and brats donated by County Market will be served, along with hot dogs, chips, soda, water and homemade cookies and treats.
