Wanted person arrested

A Gleason man wanted by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections has been taken into custody.

On Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., two Lincoln County deputies stopped at the home of Timothy Lee Tutor in the 5000 block of Town Hall Rd. A family member of Tutor’s was in the driveway and she informed deputies that she had not seen Tutor since Friday.
At that time, one of the deputies witnessed Tutor running behind the house. He drew his tazer and ordered Tutor to surrender, which he did.
When Tutor was taken into custody, a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana was located in Tutor’s pocket. He was brought to the Lincoln County Jail where he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia along with the warrant.
The family member who told deputies that Tutor was not present was issued a county ordinance ticket for obstructing an officer.
