Steven M. Severt

He was born July 25, 1950 in Merrill to Matt & Virginia (Osness) Severt. On Sept. 19, 1970, he and Karen Davis were united in marriage in Tomahawk.
Most importantly, Steve was a great role model for his children which was portrayed through his actions and his great love for his wife. He had a quiet, gentle strength about him showing great leadership. Steve was slow to speak – he was a leader without even saying a word.

Steve owned and operated his own dairy farm for 27 years while working for Brokaw Paper Mill for 10 of those years. He had most recently worked at Lincoln Hills Boys School as a youth counselor and patrolman for 17 years. He enjoyed bear and deer hunting, making trails, riding his 4 wheeler, trout fishing and feeding wildlife. Steve enjoyed time outdoors. He loved technology and watching wrestling. Steve was a 4-H youth leader and was involved with teaching and dairy judging.
