LuAnne C. Jaecks, 72, Wausau, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012 at Colonial Manor, Wausau.
LuAnne was born March 4, 1939 to the late Harry and Gertrude (Pieper) Zillman in Wausau. She married DeLoyd Jaecks on Oct. 10, 1959 in Wausau.
Survivors include her husband, DeLoyd; two sons, DuWayne Jaecks Sr., Ringle, and Jody Jaecks, Wausau; a daughter, Susan (Chris) Smith, Lynchburg, VA; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a brother, Gary “Butch” (Sherrie) Zillman, Ringle. She was also preceded in death by her son, Timmy and an infant son, Brian.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 426 Washington St., Wausau. Pastor Keane Foster will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday Feb. 8, at the Brainard Funeral Home, 522 Adams St., Wausau and again from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church on Thursday.
