Northern Lincoln County snowmobile trails open
Lincoln County’s Zone 1, state funded snowmobile trails opened for the season at noon on Thursday, Jan. 5. Zone 1 is the area north of County Rd. J and State Hwy. 86.
Zone 1 snowmobile trails designated for winter ATV use will remain closed to ATV use until noon on Thursday, Jan. 12. Trails are closed to ATVs when the temperature is above 28 degrees.
All other Lincoln County trails will remain closed until further notice.
Please stay on marked trails and use caution when riding as some areas will still be rough, especially in open farm country and wetland areas.
