Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo 2010 queen Karissa Gipple, 2010 princess Katrina Brickner and other queen candidates will be reading to children on Friday, June 10, beginning at 10 a.m. in the T. B. Scott Library Youth Services Dept. The Rodeo Queens will be available to sign autographs before and after the program.
The event is a collaboration of Lincoln County Rodeo Association and T. B. Scott Library to promote both the Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo and the start of the library’s summer reading program, “One World, Many Stories.”
Throughout the week of June 6 to 11, children are invited to visit the library to pick up summer reading record cards, check out books and enter a prize drawing.
Come to the library or visit the website at tbscottlibrary.org for a complete listing of the library’s free summer activities for all ages.
