Lincoln County Health Department continues to hold flu clinics for children and adults, at the following sites, dates and times. No appointments are necessary.
In Tomahawk, the adult and children flu clinic will be held at Bradley Town Hall (1518 W. Mohawk Dr.) on Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
In Merrill, adult and children flu clinic will be held at Lincoln County Health Department (607 N. Sales St.) on Thursday, Dec. 2 from 3:15-4:15 p.m.
Flu shots are free for children 6 months through 18 years of age. Flu Mist is available free for children 2 through 18 years of age who qualify. Children with breathing problems, nerve problems and weakened immune systems should not receive the Flu Mist.
The cost of the flu shots is $30.00 for adults. We are able to bill Traditional Medicare, Advocare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Smart Value Anthem and Railroad Retirement. Please bring your insurance card. We are unable to bill any other Medicare HMO’s or private insurance
The shots will be provided while supplies last of the vaccine last.
