Continuing its commitment to providing health care services to the people of Merrill and Lincoln County, Ministry Health Care is pleased to announce that Ministry Medical Group in Merrill began providing patient care on Monday, Aug. 9.
The nearly 5,000 square-foot clinic is located on the 4th floor of Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center, 601 S. Center Ave., Merrill.
Dr. Mark Gaulke who specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics with advanced training in complex disease management will launch this newest chapter in primary care services for Ministry Health Care.
“We are pleased to bring a new clinic to the people of Merrill and Lincoln County,” said Ministry Medical Group Manager of Clinic Operations, Rhonda Buckallew. “It is exciting to bring this project to life as we begin providing patient care on Monday.”
In addition to Dr. Gaulke, Ministry Medical Group has hired a patient service representative and nurse as part of the care team at its newest location in Merrill.
Buckallew adds that additional staff will be added as new physicians join the practice. “We have commitments from additional physicians to join the practice in the next year and are continuing our efforts to recruit medical professionals to the Merrill community.”
Ministry Medical Group is planning a Blessing and Dedication Ceremony and Open House for the end of September.
