For kids entering grades 6-8 that wish to play tackle football, the parents meeting and equipment pick-up will be on Aug. 20. The meeting for 8th graders will be at 3:30 p.m., with the 6th and 7th grade meeting at 5:30 p.m.
For kids to be eligible to play, they must have an updated physical and parents must fill out all online athletic forms and registration forms before the first practice. The forms can be found in skyward, family access. Athletes and parents will each have forms to fill out. For questions contact the high school activities office (John Miller or Julie Losee).
The first day of practice for 8th grade is Aug. 19, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at PRMS. Kids are asked to bring pad lock or $5 to purchase a lock and to wear shorts and t-shirt.
6th and 7th grade practice will begin on Aug. 26, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. More information will be given at the parent meeting.
