One reported dead in Town of Bradley ATV crash

On Wednesday, June 5, at approximately 8:21 p.m. the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office’s E911 Communications Center received a 911 call reporting an ATV crash in the Town of Bradley.
Tomahawk EMS, Tomahawk Fire Department, a DNR Conservation Warden and deputies from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash scene.
A preliminary investigation revealed a 60-year old male operator was traveling northbound on Park Lane, north of Thomas Road, when the ATV failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The ATV rolled multiple times, causing the operator to be ejected from the ATV.
The operator was pronounced dead at the scene.
The operator was not wearing a helmet and there were no passengers on the ATV at the time of the crash. Alcohol and speed appear to have been factors. The crash remains under investigation by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office
