UW-Extension’s Free Stress Management program coming in July

UW-Madison Division of Extension Lincoln County will be hosting a two-session program, “Taking Care of You – body mind spirit!” on July 9 and July 19 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
The program is free and open to the public. The program will be held at the Lincoln County Service Center in Lower Level Room 156.
“Stress is a reality for many of us in the fast-paced world we live in, but there are things we can do to take care of ourselves and better manage our stress levels in a healthy way,” says Debbie Moellendorf, Positive Youth Development and Health and Well Being Educator. “During this two session research based program, participants will learn and practice strategies and skills to
manage their stress which will help them take better care of their overall health.”
If you are interested in participating in the Taking Care of You Program, please RSVP to Debbie Moellendorf at [email protected] or 715-539-1077 by Friday, July 5. Thank you
to Ascension Good Samaritan Hospital and the Healthy Minds for Lincoln County for co-sponsoring this program.
