April 22
At 11:09 a.m., an officer responded to the Lincoln County Court House after a male party had shown up for court under the influence of alcohol. The male party was in violation of a no drink condition as part of a Lincoln County case. The officer arrested and transported the male to the Lincoln County Jail.

At 4:16 p.m., an officer responded to a bank after a call was received about a male party attempting to cash a stolen check. The male party had attempted to leave prior to police arrival but was located outside and was taken into custody.

April 23
At 12:56 a.m., officer responded to the area of South Center Ave and Joe Snow Rd for a report of a vehicle stopped in the middle of the travel lane. Upon arrival an intoxicated male party was located in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Signs of impairment were present and after field sobriety tests were performed, the male was arrested for OWI 2 nd offense. The male was additionally cited for Possession of marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

At 3:49 p.m., officers responded to a report of a male party acting disorderly. Upon arrival officers contacted a male party that has been causing multiple issues in the neighborhood lately. After speaking with the involved parties the male was arrested and taken to jail for disorderly conduct.

April 24
At 4:13 p.m., an officer responded to a garbage dumping complaint. The business advised someone had dumped a deer carcass into their dumpster. Investigation is ongoing.

April 25
At 9:29 a.m. an officer responded to a theft complaint. The caller advised someone had stolen a homemade wreath off of a gravesite. Investigation is ongoing.

At 11:22 a.m. officers responded to the office of probation and parole to take a male party into custody. The male was placed under arrest for the probation violation and was transported to the jail.

April 27
At approximately 4 a.m. in the 400 block of West Main Street Officers responded to a report of an ongoing domestic incident neighboring the caller whom was pushed by a male party involved. Officers arrived on scene and were confronted physically by the male party that had been out of control within the residence. The male party resisted Officers and was taken into custody. Upon further investigation, it was found that the male party caused damage within the residence and had battered the neighbor. The male party was taken to the Lincoln County Jail for domestic disorderly conduct, battery and resisting an Officer.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Hendricks Street. As Officers arrived on scene, the male party refused to listen to commands from Officers and was eventually taken into custody. Upon further investigation, it was found that the male party was in an argument with a female party over some money which resulted in a minor physical altercation resulting in the male parties arrest for domestic disorderly conduct.
