Brandi L. Simonis, 27 and currently incarcerated at the Lincoln County Jail– was charged December 8 with Felony Possession of Non-Narcotics with Intent to Deliver.
According to court records, Simonis was involved in an incident in the Lincoln County Jail on November 26, in which she and Jamie L. Shoemaker reportedly received non-narcotic medication, which was concealed in incoming mail and distributed to other inmates.
