September 19
8:52 a.m.- A caller reported that someone had used her identifying information to obtain a loan through an online website. A private identity theft prevention company is assisting with the investigation which is ongoing.

10:13 a.m.- A caller reported the theft of a cell phone. A suspect was identified; however the investigation was discontinued after the reporting party became uncooperative with law enforcement by refusing to speak with officers.

September 20
10:09 a.m.- An officer responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. The caller advised a male party attempted to start a fight with him in the parking lot. The officer spoke with the male caller who stated the male suspect was yelling at an elderly female when he looked over in the direction where it was happening from his car. The male party then yelled at the caller and was vulgar with him and asked to start a fight. The male suspect was located inside the building, admitted to the incident and was cited for disorderly conduct.

September 21
4:22 p.m.- An officer arrested a female in the 1700 block of Water Street for an active arrest warrant.
7:57 p.m.- An officer arrested a female for a Probation Violation in the 1200 block of Cedar Street.

September 23
1:38 p.m.- Officers responded to a disorderly conduct complaint. A male party was intoxicated and threatening staff at a school playground after he wandered onto the property. The male party gave false names to the officers but eventually gave his actual name. The male party was arrested for disorderly conduct, obstructing, active warrants, and for threats to harm a police officer.

4:36 p.m.- An officer responded to the library for a trespassing complaint. The employee who called advised a male juvenile was on the library property after receiving a letter that he is prohibited from being on the property. The male juvenile had fled from the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. The male juvenile will be cited for remaining or going on premises after being ordered to leave.

9:46 p.m.- An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration. The K9 was deployed on the vehicle and displayed a positive alert. A search of the vehicle yielded a scale, multiple gem bags (positive for methamphetamine) and several used needles. The male driver was arrested for Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine and Bail Jumping. He was also cited for Operating after Revocation.

September 24
2:22 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic battery incident. The female party was struck in the face by her boyfriend. After an investigation was completed, the male party was arrested for domestic battery.

September 25
8:30 p.m.- An officer responded to a shoplifting complaint. Contact was made with the male suspect who advised he had stolen items earlier in the day and he then removed meat from his pants that he was attempting to steal. The male was arrested for retail theft and for a probation violation.
