11:44 a.m.- An officer investigated a theft from a business. The investigation continues and the suspect has been identified.
4:09 p.m.- An officer went to an address on West Street for a civil standby. While there, the officer saw a marijuana plant growing outside. A search warrant was conducted and items of paraphernalia and marijuana were located. The female suspect was arrested and taken to the jail.
6:42 p.m.- A male was arrested at the fair for an active arrest warrant.
July 23
2:47 p.m.- Officers responded to a fight at Johnny T’s Bar. The investigation is ongoing.
9:31 p.m.- An officer investigated a property damage complaint in the 600 block of East 1st Street. The investigation is ongoing.
July 24
9:21 a.m.- An officer investigated a vandalism complaint on Grand Avenue.
10:31 p.m.- Officers responded to the Festival Grounds for a male arguing with people who was intoxicated and was walking toward his vehicle. Contact was made with the male who was yelling and swearing. It was learned through witnesses that the male had been kicked out of the beer tent and then walked across the parking lot yelling and swearing. Officers arrived on scene and the male continued to yell and use profanity. The male was arrested and taken to jail for disorderly conduct.
