The first annual Merrill Tractor Pull & Car Show will be held Saturday, July 9 at the Merrill Festival Grounds, 301 N. Sales St., Merrill.
A wristband will get spectators into the grandstand for the Antique Tractor Pull and the National Tractor Pullers Association Main Event. Adult wristbands are $12; $ 8 for children 4-12 years; and free for children under 3.
The Antique Tractor Pull starts at noon and the National Tractor Puller Association event starts at 6 p.m. An Antique Tractor and Car Show starts at noon and is free to the public.
The tractor classes for the pull are 2,800, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000, 4,500, 5,000, 5,500, 6,000, 7,000 and 8,000 pounds. Free registration, 24-hour security and trophies for 1st-3rd place in the antique pull, Mayor’s Award for “Best in Show” in the tractor and car show.
