The Merrill Rotary Club recently donated funds to purchase a timing system for the Merrill Aqua Jays Swim Club.
“The Merrill Rotary Club is proud to support the Merrill Aqua Jays,” said club president Val Mindak.
“They are such a wonderful part of our community and we’re glad to be able to provide them with this timing system.”
The timing system allows the Aqua Jays to be able to host outdoor swim meets at the new Bierman Family Aquatic Center.
“It’s great they can now host swim meets at the new aquatic center,” Mindak added. “It will be a great way to showcase the Merrill area and the Merrill Aqua Jays.”
