Sexual assault investigation leads to multiple felony charges for Merrill woman

Jacinda K. Lekfield, 20 of Merrill– was charged June 7 with Felony charges of 1st Degree Sexual Assault-Sexual Contact with person Under Age of
13; Child Enticement-Sexual Contact; Causing a Child under age of 13 to View/listen to Sexual Act and Exposing Genitals/Pubic area to Child.
According to court records, Lekfield was involved in various incidents between April 23 and May 10 in which she reportedly forced a 6 year old child to have sexual contact with her, performed a sexual act in front of the victim and exposed herself to the child. According to further notes in the case file, Lekfield reportedly threatened harm to the child in each incident, if the child were to report the incidents to anyone. It was later discovered Lekfield had been convicted in September of 2015, of two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault in Oneida County. In those cases, Lekfield’s victims were younger family members.

Lekfield remains in the custody of the Lincoln County Jail on $25,000 cash bond as well as a probation hold

William T. Ollhoff, 20 of Merrill– was charged June 9 with Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct; Resisting/Obstructing an Officer and two counts
of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
According to court records, Ollhoff was involved in an incident on the outskirts of Merrill on June 8 in which he reportedly grabbed the victim in the
case by the arms, shook and shouted at her. When a Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the residence, Ollhoff reportedly fled out the rear of
the residence on foot and was located a short time later by deputies and assisting Merrill officers.
