Merrill elemetary students show artistic abilities

With the 2015-16 school year ending, there was a strong showing of student artwork at the Kate Goodrich and Maple Grove Elementary Schools. Maple Grove displayed Wisconsin state bird paintings, eight expedition products, ceramic clocks and wood burned log discs of the Fromm family history.
Kate Goodrich celebrated the Art & Talent Show (teachers Elli Wilk and Kim Sample) with displays of music, a talent show, artworks of Wisconsin state fish, paintings, weavings, sculptures and a live painting by the fifth grade DELTA Art students (Taylor Jacobson, Addison Schmeltzer, Jaycie Stockowitz, Olivia Cordova, Mya Wilde). The DELTA Art students dressed in black to paint to music for a continuous hour and half performance. They painted a likeness of Mr. Mark Jahnke, the principal for Kate Goodrich, who retired at the end of the school year.Maple Grove student Zach ShimelÂ’s Baltimore Oriole
