In the wake of a year-long search, First Weber Realtor group of Merrill has finally found a new home at the Merrill City Center (100 S. Mill St).
As Realtor/Broker Tina Dengel explains, the transfer from the former location at 101 E. First St. was completed May 1st.
“When we started looking at options for a new location last year, our main goal was to find a place that is not only centrally located but large enough to accomodate our day to day business activities. But we also wanted to avoid too large of a building where we would be wasting space.” Dengel said.
“Our new location here near the DMV in the city center has been a great fit for us. I feel we are more accessible and visible to the public and now we have been seeing more pedestrians stopping in which is always great. We would have an occasional pedestrian or bicyclist pass by at our previous location, but not to the extent we have now.”
