Jason D. Kluck, 30, Tomahawk, was sentenced Jan. 28 for OWI 3rd. Following a no contest plea, he was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 24 months driver’s license revocation and a $1,744 fine. According to court records, the offense occurred on July 21, 2015.

Larry A. Gerger, 61, Merrill, was sentenced Jan. 27 on two counts of violating a harassment restraining order. He plead no contest to those charges, while a count of misdemeanor bail jumping was dismissed and read in to the record. He was fined $100. The offenses occurred on July 21 and Oct. 7, 2015.

Adam M. Shovick, 29, Tripoli, was sentenced Jan. 22 after pleading no contest to disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property and no contest to two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months probation, and ordered to undergo AODA. According to court records, Shovick created a disturbance at a city of Tomahawk residence in September 2015, during which he punched a hole in a wall.

Carrie L. Robbins, 35, Gleason, was sentenced Jan. 21 after pleading guilty to retail theft. A count of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor was dismissed and read in to the record. She was ordered to pay $243 in court costs, a $200 DNA surcharge, have no contact with Walmart and write a letter of apology to Walmart and placed on six months probation. According to court records, Robbins and her family were caught shoplifting from Merrill Walmart in June 2015.

Richard L. Robbins, 37, Gleason, was sentenced Jan. 21 after pleading guilty to retail theft. A count of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor was dismissed and read in to the record. He was ordered to pay $243 in court costs, a $200 DNA surcharge, have no contact with Walmart and write a letter of apology to Walmart and placed on six months probation. ccording to court records, Robbins and his family were caught shoplifting from Merrill Walmart in June 2015.

Eric L. Burgener, 33, Merrill, was sentenced Jan. 22 after pleading no contest to manufacture/delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possessing narcotic drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping and two additional counts of manufacture/delivery of methamphetamine were dismissed and read in to the record. He was sentenced to 275 days jail, placed on 48 months probation and ordered to undergo AODA. According to court records, Burgener sold methamphetamine on three occasions in the city of Tomahwak in September 2014. He was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine when arrested on a probation hold in December 2015 in the city of Merrill.

Pamela A. Smith, 56, Antigo, was sentenced Jan. 22 after pleading no contest to theft and misdemeanor bail jumping. She was placed on 12 months probation. According to court records, Smith attempted to steal a cart full of merchandise, including a computer, from Merrill Walmart in July 2015.

Melissa A. Benson, 34, Merrill, was sentenced Jan. 27 after pleading no contest to misappropriation of ID information to obtain money. An additional count of misappropriation of ID information to obtain money and two counts of theft by false representation were dismissed and read in to the record. She was placed on 48 months probation and ordered to pay $518 in court costs. According to court records, Benson was involved in manufacturing dozens of counterfeit payroll checks at her Merrill home in September 2014. The checks were purported to be issued by the State of Wisconsin Oshkosh Correctional Institution. The checks were passed in several Wisconsin communities. In an unrelated incident, she applied for credit cards using another woman’s identifying information in July 2014.

Eric S. Hanson, 30, Merrill, was sentenced Jan. 26 after pleading guilty to vehicle operator flee/elude officer. Charges of drug paraphernalia possession, 2nd degree recklessly endangering safety and criminal damage to property were dismissed and read in to the record. He was sentenced to 60 days jail, 12 months probation, ordered to pay $518 in court costs and $2,883 in restitution, and ordered to undergo AODA. According to court records, Hanson attempted to flee a police officer on West Main Street in Merrill on April 19, 2015, resulting in a 3.5-mile pursuit during which he ran through a fence and yard.

Brandon WL Roth, 31, Medford, was sentenced Jan. 22 after pleading no contest to OWI 3rd. He was sentenced to 100 days jail, 27 months driver’s license revocation and a $1,960 court assessment. The offense occurred on Sept. 14, 2014.

Nicholas J. Teal, 23, Tomahawk, was sentenced Jan. 28 after pleading no contest to manufacture/delivery of narcotics and manufacture/delivery of amphetamine. Two counts each of manufacture/delivery of prescription drugs and felony bail jumping were dismissed and read in to the record. He was sentenced to six years probation, six months jail, According to court records, Teal sold numerous prescription medications in the city of Tomahawk in June 2015 and sold methamphetamine twice in the city of Tomahawk in July 2015.
