Three suspects made initial appearances today in Lincoln County Circuit Court.
Randy Degner Jr., 30, of Merrill, Crystal Dean, 26, and Danielle Zietlow, 24, both of Tomahawk, were arrested Friday when Degner’s apartment that he shared with his grandmother in Merrill was searched.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office along with the Merrill Police Department and special agents from the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation served a search warrant on the apartment Friday afternoon. Items recovered in the search included two pounds of marijuana, methamphetamine, drug packaging and other drug paraphernalia.
Degner is charged with felony counts of possess marijuana with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, dealer possess untaxed controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping; and a misdemeanor count of possess drug paraphernalia.
Dean faces three felony bail jumping counts, along with felony counts of possessing methamphetamine and possessing drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine.
Zietlow is charged with misdemeanor counts of marijuana possession and drug paraphernalia possession.
The investigation is ongoing.
