Melvin H. Woller, 93, of Merrill, died Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital under Ministry Home Care Hospice.
Melvin was born February 19, 1921 in Hamburg to the late Edward and Mathilda (Thurs) Woller. He married Amyra (Theilig). She preceded him in death in 2004.
Melvin spent many years in Hamburg, he owned & operated a general store, was town clerk, secretary & treasurer at the telephone company and acting postmaster. He was also an accountant for a fur auction company in Milwaukee. Melvin enjoyed the Packers and Brewers.
Survivors include his son; Danny (Patricia) Woller, Merrill, daughter; Bonnie (Gene) Arkens, West Bend, grandchildren; Scott (Shelly) Woller, Medford, Tom (Sandy) Woller, Wausau, Michelle (Frank) Laycock, Racine, and Joel (Heidi) Arkens, West Bend, great grandchildren; Callie, Jason, Abbigail, Ella, and Chloe.
Per his request no services will be held.
