The Merrill Historical Society will present the 2014 Century Farm Award to a Pine River family at the Lincoln County Fair Stock Pavilion on Friday, Aug. 1 at 8:15 a.m.
Arlene Wilharms, and Tim and Donna (Wilharms) Barkley, the recipients of the Century Farm Award, look forward to visiting with relatives, friends and neighbors at this exciting event. The family is also eager to share a display featuring a time-line of historical events regarding their century old farm – “Honey Suckle Lane Farm.”
Though this is an early morning event, it is hoped that many hearty, early-rising folks will join the family in this celebration.
