?Dig into Reading? is the 2013 Summer Library Program Theme

Reader of all ages will explore all things underground this summer as T. B. Scott Free Library presents “Dig into Reading” during their Summer Library Program. Activities are planned to help keep area children reading and learning throughout the summer.
The 2013 Summer Library Program is open to young people, age 3 through grade 12, with reading programs, prize drawings, and special events. Reading cards will be available beginning June 7 to keep track of reading. Completed cards may be returned beginning June 14.
Twenty-four special events are planned for June and July targeting a variety of ages. Upcoming events include: June 7, 10 a.m. at the library, Rodeo Queens Read; June 17, 6 p.m. at the library, Read to a Dog; June 18, 10 a.m. at PRMS auditorium, Doug the Jug’s Juggling Extravaganza; June 19, 7:30 p.m. at the library, Teen Ghost Stories Event.
