Brickner’s Park City recently rolled out a new service in the Mopar Express Lane Plus. Of more than 2,000 Chrysler dealerships in the country, Brickner’s Park City is among the first 165 to add the service.
To facilitate the new facet of their business, Brickner’s expanded their building with a 20 by 34 foot addition. The addition creates the space necessary for the double doors to move customer vehicles more efficiently through the Express Lane.
“We utilized all local contractors, labor and materials as best we could,” said owner Jim Brickner.
The staff the Express Lane Plus, Brickner’s hired the equivalent of two full-time employees from the Merrill area.
The Express Lane Plus offers a fast oil change – vehicles are out the door in 12-18 minutes with a full inspection. If the inspection finds a problem that the customer wants fixed right away, the vehicle can be taken to Brickner’s service area for immediate attention.
The Express Lane Plus combines convenience with quality.
“We don’t buy the cheapest oil and filters,” Jim Brickner said. “We only use Mopar oil and filters or premium substitutes for non-Chrysler vehicles.”
The Express Lane Plus is open 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. on Fridays and 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Saturdays. No appointment is necessary. The automatic entry door to the Express Lane is located on the west side of the Brickner’s Park City Chrysler Jeep Dodge building at 3000 E. Main St.
